We want to ensure your patio setup is perfect, so we've streamlined our process to handle your requests quickly and efficiently.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the grill or accessory back in its original manufacturer box, ensuring all components, manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent shipping damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned unit to confirm its condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
