What is the typical shipping timeframe for a new grill?
Most orders are processed within 2 business days. Due to the size and weight of our premium grills, standard freight delivery typically takes 7 to 10 business days depending on your location.
Do your grills come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all Backyard Grills Inc products come with a comprehensive 5-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship to ensure your investment is protected.
What is your return policy for outdoor equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that due to the nature of the product, return shipping fees for heavy freight items are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I convert my propane grill to natural gas?
Many of our models are dual-fuel compatible. We sell specific conversion kits separately; however, we strongly recommend that all gas conversions be performed by a licensed professional for safety.
Do you offer assembly services?
While our grills are designed for straightforward DIY assembly with included instructions, we partner with third-party assembly services in select regions that can be added at checkout.
How do I best maintain my grill to prevent rust?
We recommend using a weather-resistant cover when the grill is not in use and cleaning the grates after every cookout. Applying a light coat of high-smoke point oil to the grates will also provide a protective barrier.
